mariadb: Switch to AWS registry

With the new policy change coming up in effect at Bitnami, no version tagged images will be provided for community.

The current set of tagged images are available at the public.ecr.aws registry.

The Bitnami team also confirmed that, "The images published to AWS Gallery continue to be published and there are no plans to change them at this time."

This change is an interim solution to switch to AWS registry so that we can access our versioned images, until we find an alternate solution.
