Update flashing instructions

Updated the flashing instructions to mention the mtk-flash tool as an alternative method for flashing images. Also added instructions for using genio-flash in raw image mode.

Removed instructions related to directly using upload_da and fastboot, as these are now handled by the two aforementioned tools.
