u-boot: p550: Enable fastboot on SPI flash memory

Fastboot currently supports MMC and NAND flash devices. Similarly, these patches extend the support to SPI NOR flash memories.

The p550 board configuration now enables this mode and sets the proper raw partition fastboot descriptor in the default environment.
