README: split into board specific instructions

The main README is becoming quite unwieldy. Especially with all the caveats regarding how to erase vendor bootloaders etc., it's better if we split installation instructions into board specific files.

TODO before/while merging:

  • wait for the UFS module to arrive to ensure that works for writing over RockUSB
  • add u-boot-rockchip-spi.bin to the artifacts so the instructions don't reference something we don't even ship
